Dance Into Freedom
The Dance Into Freedom workshops focus on using movement as a pathway to healing, restoration, freedom, and deeper encounters with God.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Five years ago, I suffered severe burnout and was hospitalised. At the time, I believed I had been healed, but during the Dance Into Freedom workshop, I realised that I was still carrying deep wounds from that season. As others ministered to me through prophetic dance and movement, I experienced a powerful deliverance. In that moment, God brought a fullness of healing I hadn’t realised I still needed. Old wounds were broken off. I received freedom from shame and trauma, and I left the session feeling deeply restored, forgiven and renewed.

Lately, I have been struggling with insecurity and negative emotions. They were affecting my time with the Lord and I wasn’t able to hear Him very well.
Throughout the dance workshop, I felt the Lord touch me again and again. It was as if He sewed my heart back together and gave me a new heartbeat. I felt alive!
I felt like a butterfly that had come out of her cocoon and been set free!
I also know that the Lord gave me back my childlike faith. I was so liberated, and the Holy Spirit gave me a mighty and wonderful breakthrough.
